Jean M Deliso, CFP® is President/Owner of Deliso Financial and Insurance
Services, a firm focusing on comprehensive financial strategies that help position clients
for a solid financial future.
Jean has been working in the financial field for thirty years; her first seven in public
accounting and the balance working in the financial services industry. Jean serves her
clients by developing integrated financial plans focusing on five key areas: Protection,
Retirement, Investment, Estate & Charitable Giving. Utilizing a specific process, she
enjoys helping individuals, as well as business owners navigate the unique planning needs
of their business with an eye towards legacy and succession planning. Deep trust, precise
guidance and comprehensive solutions are the cornerstones of her practice.
Jean is a member of The Nautilus Group®, an exclusive, advanced planning resource for

Jean currently serves on and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of The Baystate
Health Foundation. She also serves on and is the past Chairman of the Board of the
Community Music School of Springfield and the past Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of
Greater Springfield. In addition, she is a past board member of Pioneer Valley
Refrigerated Warehouse along with past trustee of the Community Foundation of Western
Massachusetts and Bay Path College Advisory Board. She is a supporting member of the
National Association of Life Underwriters and The Hampden County Estate Planning Council.
Jean is a graduate of Bentley College. She is married, has two sons, is an avid golfer
and enjoys sailing.
Judy Moore | Customer Service Specialist
Judy has served as Customer Service Director since joining the company in 2007. In that
capacity she is responsible for all day-to-day customer service needs. Her attention to
detail, as well as her follow through skills and professional demeanor has earned the
confidence of all clients as their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Deliso, Judy was Vice President of a leading lingerie company in New
York City. She was instrumental in growing that company substantially over her 25-year
tenure where she managed several departments and traveled extensively. She returned to her
Western Massachusetts roots in 2001 where she spent a few years volunteering for two main
causes; underprivileged children and animals. In 2007, Jean recruited Judy to Deliso
Financial & Insurance Services where she quickly became instrumental in the growth of
the business over the past several years.
Judy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and lives in Longmeadow. She
currently volunteers with her dog as a pet therapist at Weldon Rehabilitation Center. She
has volunteered at the MSPCA, Brightside for Families and Children, Canine Companions for
Independence as well as Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue. She also enjoys traveling.
Kristen Both | Director of Client Experience
Kristen is a seasoned office administrator with over two decades of experience in client
relations.
Renowned for her entrepreneurial spirit, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering
follow-
through, Kristen excels in executing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Before joining the staff of Deliso Financial and Insurance Services, Kristen served as
the Business Development
Coordinator at a boutique consulting firm in New York. In this role, she played a pivotal
part in
generating new sales leads, managing travel logistics, and providing administrative
support to
over 150 clients. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of client
needs,
making her an invaluable asset to the Deliso Financial team.
Kristen holds a BA from Stony Brook University. Beyond her professional achievements, she
engages in various creative endeavors that highlight her well-rounded and dynamic
personality.
Her hobbies include oil painting, interior decorating, landscape design, home renovation,
collecting antiques, traveling, organic gardening, and biking with her husband.
Elise Dhamodharan | Advisor’s Assistant
With a robust background blending psychology and business, Elise brings a unique perspective to the financial services industry. She holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree in psychology, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and effective communication skills.
Her professional journey began in the field of early childhood education, where she spent a decade working in preschools. This experience honed her abilities in patience, problem-solving, and building strong relationships—skills that seamlessly translate to financial services.
In addition to Elise’s educational and professional background, she ventured into entrepreneurship by starting an online boutique. This endeavor allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail, financial acumen, and a strategic approach to business management.
As an Advisor’s Assistant, her leverage in diverse experiences offers exceptional support and insights, ensuring clients receive thoughtful and effective financial solutions. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective, blending psychological insights with practical financial strategies.
