Jean M. Deliso CFP® | Founder/Principal

From the founding of Deliso Financial & Insurance Services, my mission has been to help others understand and live a financially successful life, thereby being better positioned to serve their families, businesses, employees, as well as their community”.


Jean M Deliso, CFP® is President/Owner of Deliso Financial and Insurance Services, a firm focusing on comprehensive financial strategies that help position clients for a solid financial future.

Jean has been working in the financial field for thirty years; her first seven in public accounting and the balance working in the financial services industry. Jean serves her clients by developing integrated financial plans focusing on five key areas: Protection, Retirement, Investment, Estate & Charitable Giving. Utilizing a specific process, she enjoys helping individuals, as well as business owners navigate the unique planning needs of their business with an eye towards legacy and succession planning. Deep trust, precise guidance and comprehensive solutions are the cornerstones of her practice.

Jean is a Member Agent of the Nautilus Group® a service of New York Life and an exclusive, advanced planning resource for estate conservation and business continuation strategies. Jean’s access to this exclusive resource enables her clients to benefit from the group’s collective experience and insightful solutions as they apply to the protection, accumulation and distribution of wealth to individuals, families and business owners throughout the country.

Jean has also been a member of New York Life Chairman’s Council since 2012 and a Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table* since 1999. Members of the elite Chairman’s Council rank in the top three percent of New York Life’s elite sales force of more than 12,000 licensed agents in sales achievement. In 2023 and 2025, Jean was named as one of Forbes’ Best-in-State Financial Security Professionals*.

Jean currently serves on and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of The Baystate Health Foundation. She also serves on and is the past Chairman of the Board of the Community Music School of Springfield and the past Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of Greater Springfield. In addition, she is a past board member of Pioneer Valley Refrigerated Warehouse along with past trustee of the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts and Bay Path College Advisory Board. She is a supporting member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and The Hampden County Estate Planning Council.

Jean is a graduate of Bentley College. She is married, has two sons, is an avid golfer and enjoys sailing.

The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, is recognized globally as the standard of excellence for life insurance sales performance in the insurance and financial services industry.

Council is an annual New York Life recognition program based on agent production from July 1- June 30.

Judy Moore | Customer Service Specialist

Judy has served as Customer Service Director since joining the company in 2007. In that capacity she is responsible for all day-to-day customer service needs. Her attention to detail, as well as her follow through skills and professional demeanor has earned the confidence of all clients as their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Deliso, Judy was Vice President of a leading lingerie company in New York City. She was instrumental in growing that company substantially over her 25-year tenure where she managed several departments and traveled extensively. She returned to her Western Massachusetts roots in 2001 where she spent a few years volunteering for two main causes; underprivileged children and animals. In 2007, Jean recruited Judy to Deliso Financial & Insurance Services where she quickly became instrumental in the growth of the business over the past several years.

Judy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and lives in Longmeadow. She currently volunteers with her dog as a pet therapist at Weldon Rehabilitation Center. She has volunteered at the MSPCA, Brightside for Families and Children, Canine Companions for Independence as well as Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue. She also enjoys traveling.

Meghan Monaghan | Agent Assistant

Meghan brings a comprehensive, "ground-up" understanding of the financial industry to Deliso Financial and Insurance Services. A graduate of Bentley University with a degree in finance and a concentration in financial planning, Meghan combines technical expertise with a proactive, relationship-first approach.
 
With three years of industry experience, Meghan began her career at a local firm, where she progressed from an operations intern to a client relationship manager, eventually earning her licenses and serving as a paraplanner before transitioning into a financial advisor role. This unique trajectory allowed her to master every facet of the planning process, from administrative intricacies to high-level strategy.
 
Growing up in Monson and now residing in Wilbraham with her fiancé, Christopher, she is deeply rooted in the community. During the fall, you’ll find her helping out at her fiancé's family business, Echo Hill Orchards & Winery. When she isn't assisting clients or at the farm, Meghan enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time in her garden, practicing hot yoga, and spending quality time with friends and family.
